 Mainly test the solder resistance, cold resistance, temperature resistance and humidity resistance of tact switches

Solder resistance test:

1.Solderability test:

Method: Soak the soldering feet into the tin pool about 2mm deep, the test temperature is about 230±5℃, and the holding time is 3±0.5 seconds.

Result: More than 80% of the soaked solder legs will be covered with tin.

2.Solder resistance test:

Method: The temperature of the soldering tin in the soldering furnace is controlled at 260±5°C, and the duration of the furnace soldering is 5±1 seconds (substrate). Unusual pressure applied to the soldering feet.

Result: The switch has no deformation and can satisfy the electrical performance. The result of applying abnormal pressure is invalid.

Cold resistance test:

Method: Put it in a temperature environment of minus 20±3℃ for 4 days, then put it in a normal environment, and test it after 30 minutes.

Results: The contact resistance and insulation resistance were all within the standard range, and there was no sign of damage to the switch performance.

High temperature resistance test:

Method: The temperature is kept at 30 ℃ for 32-3 minutes ± 8 minutes. After the heat is dissipated, the hand feeling and weather resistance are tested.

Results: resistance, gram force rebound shape, display, etc.; the performance of the switch is still intact

Moisture resistance test:

 Method: put it in a 40±2℃ 90-95%RH environment for 4 days, then place it in a normal environment, and test it after 30 minutes. Result: The contact resistance and insulation resistance are within the standard range, and there is no sign The switch performance is damaged.

Temperature alternating test In different temperature environments, the test is carried out after five cycles and then placed in the normal environment for 30 minutes;
